After graduating from the Ontario College of Art and Design, Rosanne moved to New York City and spent five years as an ilustrator and painter. Her illustrations were featured in the New York Times, The Progressive, NY Blackbook, The National Post and the Canadian Stage Company, to name a few. Rosanne's life and love of fine art led her to travels in France and Europe. It was here where her obsession for delicate sweets and beautiful pastries consumed her. Rosanne immediately expanded her medium from paints to cake and enrolled in the Baking and Pastry arts program at George Brown College and other specialized pastry and sugar classes at The French Institute NYC. Rosanne continues to paint, illustrate, work on her website, travel to far off places, and obsess about food (and cake of course) .... To be continued....
